Although access is restricted, it's worth making connections to play this Stanley Thompson masterpiece. It's a classic parkland course that has hosted several Canadian Opens, offering a test of golf that is both demanding and visually stunning.

I also visited the Angus Glen Golf Club, which offers two championship courses. Both North and South courses provide a challenging yet enjoyable round of golf, with immaculately maintained fairways and greens. The club has hosted numerous prestigious tournaments, including the Canadian Open, and it was easy to see why.

The City Beyond the Green

Beyond the golf, Toronto offered a wealth of attractions. I visited the iconic CN Tower, strolled around the Distillery District, and explored the vibrant neighborhoods of Kensington Market and Queen West. The city's culinary scene proved to be a delight, with an array of global cuisines on offer.

After a long day on the course, I particularly enjoyed relaxing at some of the city's craft breweries. Bellwoods Brewery, located on trendy Ossington Avenue, served up some fantastic brews that were the perfect end to a day of golf.
